These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cardincloud.com and all its subdomains.

By accessing, registering, or using CardInCloud, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

CardInCloud is a digital platform that provides:

  • Digital business cards
  • Public professional profiles
  • Company-managed employee profiles
  • QR and NFC-based profile sharing
  • Profile analytics and management features

The Platform serves both individual users and businesses (B2C and B2B).

3. Eligibility

You may use CardInCloud if:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

CardInCloud is not designed for illegal, deceptive, or abusive use.

4. Accounts and Registration

  • Users may register using email and password or via accounts created by company administrators.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities performed under your account.

CardInCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Company Accounts and Administration

  • Company administrators may create and manage employee profiles.
  • Administrators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they manage.
  • License limits must be respected according to the subscribed plan.

6. Public Profiles and Content

  • Profiles become public only when the user explicitly publishes them.
  • Published profiles may be accessed by anyone with the link or via QR/NFC.

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content you upload or publish
  • Ensuring you have the right to share the content
  • The accuracy and legality of published information

CardInCloud does not verify professional credentials or claims.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use CardInCloud to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or illegal content
  • Impersonate others
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Harvest or scrape data from profiles
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or abuse

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

  • CardInCloud offers free and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe.
  • CardInCloud does not store payment card information.

Subscription fees:

  • Are billed according to the selected plan
  • Are non-refundable unless required by law

CardInCloud may modify pricing with prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The CardInCloud platform, branding, software, and design are owned by CardInCloud.
  • Users retain ownership of the content they upload.

By uploading content, you grant CardInCloud a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute such content solely for operating the Platform.

10. Platform Availability

  • CardInCloud strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

11. Termination

CardInCloud may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the Platform
  • Required by law or regulation

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

CardInCloud is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy of user content
  • Business outcomes
  • Availability or performance

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CardInCloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • CardInCloud is not responsible for losses arising from published profiles or third-party interactions.

14. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe).

CardInCloud is not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

15. Privacy

Your use of CardInCloud is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

CardInCloud may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
